为了加强我校与其他国家在水泥混凝土铺面领域的交流与合作，了解国家前沿学术动态，提高我校教学科研水平以及国际影响力，我校于2015年7月20日-2015年7月22日在同济大学逸夫楼一楼会议室承办了第二届中日韩三国水泥混凝土铺面会议（BESETO 2015），会议由交通运输工程学院谈至明课题组主持。会议邀请了来自中日韩三个国家的20~30专家、教授，共同商议水泥混凝土铺面领域尚存在的难题，建立备忘录。
   课题组谈至明教授，发表题为“Analysis and Design for Concrete Pavement Considering Plastic Behaviors”报告，报告主要从以下3个方面进行阐述。第一，不同水泥混凝土材料下小梁弯曲弯矩与曲率之间的关系讨论；第二，不同水泥混凝土材料下小梁横截面应力分布状态。第三，提出考虑塑性铰影响的水泥混凝土板极限承载力计算问题。

   会议目标：The objective of this conference is to exchange ideas and share experiences on pressing issues and latest advances in Concrete Pavement practices. Thus, this event is designed to be interactive. All speakers and participants are encouraged to participate in their own personal capacity.
   会议主题：The topics are mainly include but not limited to the following:  
   1. Advancing New Materials and Technologies of Concrete Pavement
   2. Composite Pavement (AP on the CRCP/CTB)
   3. Concrete Pavement in Special Areas (Tunnel, Desert area etc. ) Recent developments with regard to pavement practices (i.e. materials, construction, design, maintenance and rehabilitation) in respective countries.
